Keypad Entry

We’ve added another way to access the gym!

Now, on the Let Me In page, you will also see a five digit code. This is your entry code, type this code in to the keypad at the entrance and it works the same as scanning a session QR, except your code will never change. As long as you have sessions left on your membership, this code will get you in.

How to Use:

Press ENTER on the keypad → Enter your entry code → Press ENTER on the keypad

    Purchase your Membership

    Choose your membership and make the purchase here

    Let Me In!

    Now that you have your membership, visit the Let Me In page to get your QR code. It’s one code per session! Screenshots will only work once!

    Enter Keypad Code / Scan QR code

    Enter your keypad code on the number pad and press ENTER, or show your phone with the QR code to the scanner on the door. It’s open when the lights are green

    Go through the doors

    There are two doors to pass through, the inner door will open when the outer door is closed.

    Close the outer door to unlock the inner door!

    Enjoy the gym

    You’re inside! A session will be used from your account only when you get through the doors, so don’t worry.

Safety Features & Emergency Exit

Our unique staffless door portal system has many built in automated safety features.  You will never find yourself in a situation where you cannot either proceed through for your session or get back outside quickly and safely.

The system is fail safe. This means that in the event of system failure the safety of people is prioritized higher than the security of the facility.

Entering the Gym

The entrance portal contains two emergency exit features:

  1. A button labelled PRESS TO EXIT This has been put in place as a safety measure in the event the internal door has not unlocked.  This simple PRESS TO EXIT button will stop your entry to the gym and allow you to open the external door so you can proceed back outside. This is the preferred way to get back outside should the inner door not open. You will be able to scan your QR code again immediately and enter again.You are required as part of the terms of membership to use this button to exit in the event of inner door failure before you use the break glass device.
  2. An emergency shutdown break glass device This has been put in place as an additional safety measure. Breaking the glass will shut down power to the system which will disable the locks allowing exit from the portal. Please do be advised however that misuse of this safety feature will result in an immediate and permanent ban.

Exiting the Gym

The exit process is via the exit door portal and is achieved by pressing the exit switch. This also contains an emergency break glass device to facilitate exit during a system failure. Again: misuse of this safety feature will result in an immediate and permanent ban.

While in the Gym

If you are in the gym and there is an emergency which required immediate exit, or if you are exiting the gym and the PRESS TO EXIT button is not functioning, then there is also one more emergency break glass device on the inside of the gym. It is located between the entrance and exit inner doors. Using this device will release the door locks and allow you to exit unhindered. Misuse of this safety feature will result in an immediate and permanent ban.
